Previous Tours
We Move As One provides cycling tours to all levels of riders, with a focus on taking Channel Islanders on adventures across continental Europe. Our team is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences and fostering a sense of community among our participants. We are committed to giving back to the local community by donating a percentage of our profits to selected charities, determined in consultation with our tour participants.
2023 – Guernsey to Avignon
The 2023 Tour saw 60 participants ride from Guernsey to Avignon, taking in sights such as Mont St Michel, the beautiful plains of central France, traversing the Loire River, Lake Annecy, multiple Tour de France category climbs through the Alps, climbing Mont Ventoux, and concluding in the picturesque city of Avignon.
2019 – Guernsey to Istanbul

The 2019 Tour to Istanbul saw the We Move As One directors ride from Guernsey, through central France, across the Alps, down to Rome, through Greece, and onto Istanbul in Turkey. The purpose of this was to recce the route the planned 2020 Tour (postponed to 2023 due to Covid-19), and continue on to Turkey as to raise funds for a local charity.
2018 – Guernsey to Amsterdam
The 2018 Tour to Amsterdam entailed a group of 100 participants depart from Guernsey, travelling across the north coast of France via the Normandy beaches, into Belgium and through Bruge, across the flat lands of the Netherlands, dipping into Germany, before heading to Rotterdam and concluding in Amsterdam.
2016 – Guernsey to Bilbao
The 2016 Tour to Bilbao encompassed 85 participants taking on the West coast of France, stopping in famous cities such as Rennes, Nantes, La Rochelle, Royan, Biarritz, before climbing over the Western extremity of the Pyrenees Mountains into Spain and onto San Sebastian, before finishing in the beautiful Basque Country city of Bilbao.
2014 – Guernsey to Paris (return)
The 2014 Tour to Paris offered 60 participants to retrace the pedal-strokes undertaken by The Move As One directors from their 2013 Tour to Paris. This was, at the time, the biggest cycling Tour of this nature to have departed from the Channel Islands. This is something we have aimed to build upon ever since.
2013 – Guernsey to Paris (return)
The 2013 Tour to Paris saw the We Move As One directors ride from Guernsey and head east across France to the Pont Des Artes bridge in Paris, before riding all the way back again. Discussions were had during and immediately after this Tour on how this could be expanded to give many more people the opportunity to experience such a life affirming adventure, as well as how we can support our community and local charities in the process. The rest is, as they say, history!
