What We Do

“We Move As One” have been delivering European cycling Tour since 2013. These include events through Guernsey, Jersey, France, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Greece, and Turkey. We have provided all-inclusive cycling adventures for hundreds of riders over the years, and while the majority of participants have been from our local area (the Channel Islands), we have had participants from all over the World join us.

We aim to ensure all levels of riders can enjoy the incredible life experience of cycling tours throughout Europe. No matter your ability level, we have a team of riders and support staff there to support you throughout both training and the Tour itself. It is fundamental to us that no matter what, We Move As One.

What sets us apart

Cycling is an ever-expanding recreational activity across the globe, and we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this movement in our small corner of the World. There is a wealth of cycling tour companies offering great events of all shapes and sizes.

There are however some unique features about We Move As One which gives us the breakaway from the rest of the pack.

We provide tailor-made cycling tours with every detail meticulously checked. We do not outsource this function and instead the company directors personally ride the route to survey every pedal stroke of the route and make adjustments if anything isn’t absolutely perfect to give the optimal experience for the rider.

We visit every hotel in advance of the Tour, to ensure only the highest quality venues are used during the event.

We have our own roadside catering team, providing expert and cycling-focused nutrition throughout the Tour, and cater for all dietary requirement on a personal level.

We provide regular group training rides in Guernsey, so participants can adequately prepare themselves for the event, as well as the opportunity to form great friendships ahead of the Tour with those they will be cycling with.

We provide “Road Captains” who are highly experienced cyclists whom we’ve worked with for many years, to guide and look after the riders both in training and during the Tour itself.
We have a professional media house on the Tour who jockey the pelotons throughout the entire event, capturing all the best moments of this incredible life achievement of you (Previous Tours)
All-inclusive. We take care of departure and return travel to Guernsey for you, your bike, and your luggage. We provide all accommodation, all meals, support vehicles, mechanics and standard spares, and medical staff. All we want you to have to think about is the cycling and having the time of your life.
Value For Money. We Move As One offers unparalleled value for money. If you compare us to other comparable 10-day cycling Tours, you will see for yourself that what we offer is excellent value for money.
Giving Back. We Move As One prides itself on its contributions to local charities. What means most to us is our riders, so in partnership with them and factoring in what means most to them, for the 2026 Tour We Move As One will be making contributions to the charities voted for by our participants.

Going Green

We Move As One aims to promote green policy wherever possible.

It is all our best interest to ensure the beautiful landscape and countryside, both locally and where we tour, is forever clean and well kept. This is one of our core values and one we promote heavily to all our participants.
As part of the training ahead of the event, we encourage our riders to use cycling as their primary mode of transport in their daily lives.
In our organisation and undertaking of the event, we aim to limit the use of paper to the absolute minimum.
We provide our participants with helpful information on how to be as green as possible throughout our events.
